Maria and Anthony's Longwood Gardens Engagement
You know when people tell you that if it rains on your wedding day, it's good luck? Well it must be good luck if things go wrong before shoots because Maria, Anthony, and I had a rough start to the morning the day of their engagement shoot but then the actual shoot was beyond perfect!
First, Anthony got a flat tire on the way to the shoot. Then, when we arrived at Longwood Gardens, it was pouring rain - as in - not a slight drizzle - but a torrential downpour.
We took photos inside for about 20 minutes and then looked outside and the rain had passed - as in - not a single rain drop and not a single person in sight. With Longwood Gardens new fountains just being opened and not a single person around, we had the best engagement session ever! It felt like the whole garden was ours and the overcast weather made for the perfect soft lighting for these romantic photos.
Maria and Anthony, I had the best time working with you guys and can't wait for your beautiful wedding day!
